1.Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Techpartsstore! We are committed to providing you with fast and reliable delivery services to ensure that you receive your favorite electronic parts as soon as possible.


Delivery time:

Under normal circumstances, the order will be processed within 1-2 business days, and the estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days, depending on your address and logistics company.


Delivery fee:

The delivery fee is based on the weight and destination of the order, and the specific amount will be displayed at checkout.


Delivery range:

We currently only provide delivery services within the United States (including the continental United States and all 50 states).

We use well-known logistics companies such as DHL and FedEx to deliver your goods. The delivery service provider and timeliness will be selected based on the specific order.


2.Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return or exchange it in accordance with the return policy below.


Return conditions:

You can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product (based on the delivery date).

The returned product must be new, unused, unopened, and retain the original packaging and all accessories.

If the received product has quality problems or transportation damage, we will provide an unconditional refund or free exchange.


How to return:

Please submit a return request through our customer service email (support@techpartsstore.com) or website customer service within the return period, indicating the order number, product name and reason for return.

We will process your return request within 1-2 business days and provide a return address and label.

Please return the product together with all accessories and packaging. Make sure the product is packaged safely and use a trackable mailing method. The return cost is borne by the customer unless it is due to product quality problems or shipping damage.


Refund process:

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, your refund request will be processed within 5-7 business days.

The refund will be returned to your payment account (such as credit card or PayPal account), and the specific arrival time depends on your payment method.


Note:

If the returned product is damaged or does not meet the return conditions, your return request may be rejected or you may not be able to get a full refund.

The delivery fee you paid at checkout is not refundable unless the return is due to our error or product quality issues.


3.Refund and processing time

Once the product is returned and confirmed to be eligible for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

The refund will be refunded to your original payment method and usually takes 2-5 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method.
